Located just minutes from Blue Mountain Resort, Crestview Estates is a new development that offers a range of luxury homes and townhouses. The development is situated on a picturesque hilltop and boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Crestview Estates offers a range of modern, high-end homes that are designed to take advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings. You will find chalet-style bungalows, bungalows with lofts, and two-storey models, with breathtaking views of Blue Mountain. This development is an exclusive collection of 88 detached homes set on 60-foot lots. Interior design was provided by Jane Lockhart. Homes are offered in a selection of 12 distinct styles. They are arranged across a new 60-acre subdivision.  Homes range between 1,888 and 4,130 square feet in size, which offers a lot of buying options. They contain 3–6 bedrooms that surround a shared space. Housing types include bungalows, bungalow lofts, and two-storey homes.

These chalet style homes feature spacious, open-concept living areas, high-end finishes, and premium appliances. My favourite feature of this development is the Loggia.  A loggia (from the Italian word for ‘lodge’) is an outdoor corridor or gallery with a fully covered roof and an outer wall that is open to the elements. These are large (approx. 23 x 10 ft depending on floorplan) outdoor covered decks with fireplaces and many owners have updated with hot tubs.
